Coldest Night of the Year
Ve’ahavta was joined by 140 walkers for our annual walk to raise awareness and money for people facing poverty and homelessness in our city.

We were honoured to represent the Jewish community at Xinflix Media’s night of classical Chinese music to benefit Ve’ahavta.
Cooking for a Cause with
United Bakers
Last Purim, we doubled up with United Baker’s Dairy Restaurant to raise funds and cook one of UB’s famous soups for the folks we serve from our outreach vans.
Tax Effective Giving
We partnered with PearTree Canada to offer our community an intimate breakfast to hear from industry experts on how to maximize philanthropic dollars while reaping optimal tax benefits.
Light Up the Night
For the first time ever, on World Homeless Day, we lit up the CN Tower in Ve’ahavta blue, yellow, and green, to raise awareness and money for people facing poverty and homelessness in our city.

At Chanukah we marked the second annual Gifts of Light Concert and fundraiser with our partners at Holy Blossom Temple. It was an evening to remember!
